Tanzania: Safari & Zanzibar

For this tour, the following special booking conditions apply, overriding our standard booking conditions:

Clause 3 – Cancellation by the Customer
Each installment payment is eligible for a refund if the booking is canceled within 14 days of that payment being made. Refunds will only apply to the most recent installment and will not include any previous installments. After the 14-day period, payments become non-refundable.

Clause 11 – Payments
For all Tanzania trips, payment must be made exclusively via a structured payment plan consisting of a deposit followed by three monthly installments. The exact payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking and must be adhered to.

The initial deposit is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for credit on another Craic On Travels trip.

The option to pay in full 60-90 days before trip commencement as per our standard booking conditions will not be permitted.

Tanzania: Kilimanjaro

For this tour, the following special booking conditions apply, overriding our standard booking conditions:
