Celebrate Diwali the Authentic Way in Rajasthan!

Experience Diwali like never before on this unforgettable trip through Rajasthan. In Jaipur, we’ll join a local family to celebrate the Festival of Lights — with fireworks, food, music and all the excitement that comes with it. It’s a chance to be part of something truly special and see what Diwali is all about from the inside.

Over 11 days, we’ll explore some of the best that India has to offer — from the chaos and charm of Delhi to the lakes of Udaipur, the blue streets of Jodhpur and the iconic sights of Jaipur and Agra. Along the way, we’ll visit incredible forts and palaces, wander through markets, take a sunset boat ride, and of course, watch the sunrise at the Taj Mahal.

It’s the perfect mix of culture, adventure and celebration — a chance to travel with a great group, see some unreal places, and make memories that’ll last long after the trip ends!

FAQ's

A lot of our trips have an average age of 25-50. However, ANYONE with a sense of adventure is welcome (as long as they are over 18).

Our accomodation is primarily 3-star hotels in twin rooms, sharing with other members of the trip. While we strive to provide the best accommodation available in each location, please keep in mind that Craic On Travels is a budget-friendly travel company, and standards of quality may vary across countries.

If you’re looking for an ‘active’ holiday full of daily adventures and new experiences, then this trip is for you (there will be time allotted to relax also so don’t worry!). Our itineraries are designed to make the most of your time, offering unique experiences you might not consider on a typical trip, meaning there will be long travel days in certain parts. If you’re ready to explore, stay active, and step outside your comfort zone, then you’ll love traveling with us!

For cultural reasons, modest clothing is advised in India. March brings warmer temperatures so we recommend light, loose-fitting clothing that covers the legs and shoulders – think breathable fabrics like linen to keep you comfortable while respecting local customs.
